FAQMind Honey Pro FAQ
38 Mind Honey Pro questions, grouped by what a buyer is actually trying to settle.
The panel and the capsule count come first, then the amounts set against the trial doses, then dosing, safety, the three packs and the 180-day window. Every figure here is read from the printed label or the seller’s own pack ladder.
Six groups of questions, answered from the label rather than from the marketing.
Mind Honey Pro questions about the bottle and the panel
What is Mind Honey Pro?
A once-a-day capsule sold under the single label line memory and cognitive support. Thirty capsules a bottle, seven named actives with a milligram figure beside every one, and a 180-day money-back window.
Why does the bottle say 60 when the panel says 30?
The 60 belongs to the product name. The front reads MIND HONEY 60 PRO and the distributor is called Mind Honey 60 Pro; the panel reads 30 CAPSULES and Servings Per Container: 30, and both seller graphics print 30 as well.
What is actually on the panel?
Niacin 7.5 mg NE, calcium as calcium carbonate 18 mg, L-arginine base 200 mg, L-arginine AKG 2:1 extract 200 mg, L-citrulline HCl 100 mg, L-citrulline malate 100 mg and beta alanine 40 mg.
Is there a proprietary blend?
No. Every active has its own row and its own number, which is what makes each amount checkable against a published trial. It is more disclosure than much of this category manages.
Is Mind Honey Pro vegetarian?
The shell is hypromellose, named on the label as a vegetable capsule. The other two inactive lines are vegetable stearate and silicon dioxide, and no animal-derived material is named anywhere on the panel.
Who makes Mind Honey Pro?
The label prints Mind Honey 60 Pro, PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404 under “Distributed By”. This website is the U.S. stocking desk and is a separate company in a separate state.
Mind Honey Pro questions about the amounts and the research
Is 7.5 mg of niacin a meaningful amount?
Yes, and it is the only row on this panel where that is straightforwardly true. Adults need 16 mg NE a day for men and 14 for women, so 7.5 mg NE is 47 per cent of a day, and the upper intake level is 35 mg.
Why is there calcium in a cognition capsule?
Eighteen milligrams is about 1.5 per cent of what an adult needs in a day. Calcium carbonate is also the industry’s standard dry filler and flow agent, and at this weight that is the likelier reason it is there. No claim on this website rests on it.
How does 400 mg of arginine compare with the research?
The one randomised cognition trial on oral L-arginine used 6.4 g a day for 30 days. The ten trials pooled in a 2019 meta-analysis ran 1.5 to 5 g a day. Both arginine-AKG trials used 12 g a day.
And 200 mg of citrulline?
The smallest daily amount with a published human result is 1.5 g. A 2026 trial used 3 g a day for twelve weeks, and the head-to-head study against arginine used 3 g twice daily to lift trough plasma arginine.
Is 40 mg of beta alanine enough to do anything?
The International Society of Sports Nutrition position stand puts the threshold at 4 to 6 g a day for four weeks, and the one brain-imaging trial in older adults used 2.4 g a day for ten weeks. Forty milligrams is under one per cent of the first figure.
So why buy it at all?
What the price buys is a vitamin at 47 per cent of a day, a fully printed panel with no blend line, one capsule a day, and a 180-day window. Whether that is worth it is a judgement, and this website prints the figures rather than making it for you.
Does the malate ratio matter?
It is the one figure this panel leaves open. At the common two-to-one ratio, 100 mg of citrulline malate carries about 67 mg of citrulline; at one-to-one, about 50 mg. Six of the seven rows can be resolved from the label alone and this one cannot.
Mind Honey Pro questions about dosing, timing and measuring
How do I take Mind Honey Pro?
As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule daily with an 8 oz. glass of water. For best results, take 20-30 minutes before a meal with 8 oz of water or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Why before a meal?
Amino acids share intestinal transporters with dietary protein, which is the likeliest reason the label asks for a gap. The gap is the instruction rather than the hour.
Morning or evening?
Whichever meal you never skip. No published work on these compounds favours one end of the day, and adherence beats optimisation here by a distance.
What if I miss a day?
Take one the next day as usual. The label asks that the recommended dose not be exceeded, and there is nothing to recover by doubling.
Can I open the capsule?
There is no instruction for it on the label. The shell keeps a hygroscopic powder dry and delivers it in one place, and opening it removes both benefits.
How long does a bottle of Mind Honey Pro last?
Thirty days. 30 capsules at one a day. The ladder starts at two bottles, so a first order covers two months.
How do I tell whether it is doing anything?
Count three concrete events for a week before you start — names that will not come, rooms entered for a reason that has gone, paragraphs reread — and count the same three at day sixty. Two numbers beat eight weeks of impressions.
Mind Honey Pro questions about safety and interactions
Is Mind Honey Pro safe?
The amounts on this panel are small, which is the safe direction for a label to be wrong in. The bottle’s own caution reads: “Do not exceed recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under the age of 18 and individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing.”
Will the niacin make me flush?
Flushing belongs to gram-scale nicotinic acid used for cholesterol, and the 35 mg upper intake level was set on it. At 7.5 mg NE this capsule is about a fifth of the way to that ceiling.
Does beta alanine cause the tingling people describe?
Paraesthesia is the one reported effect of beta alanine and it is tied to single doses around 800 mg and above. At 40 mg it is not expected, and this website says so rather than repeating a warning that does not apply at this amount.
Can I take it with blood pressure medicine?
Arginine and citrulline are studied for their effects on blood vessels, which is exactly why that combination is worth raising with whoever prescribes your medicine. Name the amounts: 400 mg and 200 mg, well below the gram-scale doses the trials used.
Can I take it with other supplements?
The thing to avoid is a separate gram-scale arginine or citrulline powder on top, not because this capsule is near any ceiling but because the powder would be doing the work and the capsule would get the credit.
Who should not take it?
Anyone under 18, and the label asks that pregnant or nursing mothers and anyone with a known medical condition consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement. A memory change that is sudden or worsening deserves an appointment first.
Mind Honey Pro questions about packs, prices and shipping
How much is Mind Honey Pro?
$158 for two bottles, $207 for three and $294 for six, read from the seller’s own pack cards on 19 September 2026.
Can I buy one bottle?
The ladder starts at two, so $158 is the smallest order. It is the clearest commercial weakness of this product and the 180-day window is what offsets it.
Is it a subscription?
Each pack is a single payment. There is nothing recurring to cancel.
Where does it ship from?
From the United States, with tracking, on every pack. The tracking number arrives in the order email beside the order ID.
Can I buy Mind Honey Pro in a shop?
It reaches buyers through the seller’s checkout rather than through retail shelves. A bottle found on a shelf has a supply chain worth asking about.
Which pack should I choose?
Three bottles, if you intend a fair test: ninety days matches the longer trials behind these ingredients and takes $30 off the two-bottle rate. Six is the right second order rather than the right first one.
Mind Honey Pro questions about refunds, this desk and the batch
What does the Mind Honey Pro guarantee cover?
180 days from the date of purchase, opened bottles included. Return postage is the buyer’s, and the refund returns the pack price to the card that paid it.
How do I start a refund?
Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID and ask for the return address before posting anything. Put your full name, email and order ID inside the box.
How long does a refund take?
Three to five business days at the desk, then five to ten days for your bank to post the credit. Two separate waits, and the second one is not the desk.
Can I email [email protected] for a refund?
That address handles these pages and has no view of the ordering system, so it cannot start one. Refunds begin at the order desk.
How do I check the bottle I received is a Mind Honey Pro bottle from this desk?
Read the lot on the base against MIN-26/TH-5324, check the seal, count thirty capsules and read the seven rows against the panel published here. The batch page lists all six checks.
Has this product itself been tested in a trial?
No trial of it, of the distributor’s product name, or of this seven-ingredient combination exists in PubMed. The research cited across this website is about the individual compounds at doses the capsule does not carry.
